Starting in 2008, a new newspaper will be published. The newspaper will be called “Uchunju Republika” (Third Republic) and former “Yeni Musavat” Newspaper correspondent Mustafa Hajibeyli will lead the publication.
Hajibeyli told this to the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety. According to Hajibeyli, yesterday the newspaper was registered in the Justice Ministry. The paper will be published on a daily basis in the Azeri language. A sibling Russian-language newspaper will also be published once a week. The staffs for the newspapers have not been appointed yet.
