Press kiosks refuse to sell Rating newspaper

The newspaper Rating is experiencing problems with its sale, the paper’s editor-in-chief Afig Mirzabayli told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety (IRFS) today, on November 15.

“Kiosks refuse to sell our paper, justifying it with the fact that our newspaper is published on Sunday, when the kiosks are not open. Yesterday Metroservice, a firm selling newspapers in metro stations, announced that the sales have stopped. The problem has existed for a long time, but we hoped that we could solve it” Mirzabayli said.
