The registration of documents for opening of new radio on 103.3 frequency finished on December 25th, says the official website of National TV and Radio Council.
The website goes on to say that three competititors, including two legal entities – Golden Prince LLC (“Azad Khabar”), Objective TV and Radio Broadcasting Company LLC (Radio Objective) and an individual: Rasul Agahasan Jafarov (“Alternative Radio”) submitted documents for the competition. The Council will consider the documents within a month and announce its decision in accordance with the requirements of Article 15.5 of Law on TV and Radio Broadcasting and “Guidelines for competition on granting of license for TV and radio braodcasting”.
