Today, 23 January, Reporter Information Agency (ria.az) was allegedly subjected to hacker attacks in the morning hours, and therefore the site is not running.
Ria.az site founder Zulfugar Kheyirkhabar (Kheyirkhabarov) told this to the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety. “The site has been interfered several times due to column articles run on our site in which different officials were criticized,” said Kheyirkhabar.
