This has caused uneasiness in the editorial office of “Yeni Musavat” Newspaper. The newspaper’s editor-in-chief Rauf Arifoglu told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety, “The headquarters has been under surveillance for a month now. Based on our observations, records are being kept of the people and vehicles coming to and leaving the editorial office. This causes tension and anxiety in the editorial office,” said Arifoglu and added that the incidents are related to the rally the Musavat Party is planning to conduct.
