European Court opens communications on the case of murdered journalist Elmar Huseynov

 The European Court of Human Rights has opened communication on the case of the late journalist Elmar Huseynov, who was murdered on 2 March 2005. Huseynov had worked as the Editor-in-Chief of Monitor magazine.
