Nakhchivan City resident, owner, 57 years old Mahammad Gurbanov, who was placed in a psychiatric hospital on 11 September 2009 by police, was released 29 days later on 10 October – the day of “International Psychical Health.”
The Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety Nakhchivan Regional Correspondent was told this by M.Gurbanov, “I don’t have any health problem. I didn’t receive any treatment in the hospital, because I didn’t have any need for it.”
