This video footage was filmed by the Institute for Reporters' Freedom and Safety at the scene of Azerbaijan's worst construction accident to date. A 16-storey building under construction collapsed on 28 August 2007. Initial reports state that at least 15 people were killed in the accident and 20 others injured. Several workers remain trapped in the wreckage, and it is anticipated the list of fatalities will grow in the coming days.
