Freedom House has released findings from its 2009 “Freedom in the World” Report. According to the findings, Azerbaijan is one of 42 countries to receive a ranking of “not free.”
Azerbaijan also received a downward trend arrow due digressional trends observed in the country. This was also the case last year.
