The lawsuit stems from AZTV Chairman’s decision (30 April 2009, # 120 k/d) to fire N.Jabbarli and his failure to give neither oral nor written information regarding this. The plaintiff appealed to court seeking to annul this order and to be restored to the same work.
During the hearing the Plaintiff’s Representative B.Resulov submitted an appeal to the court to make addition the lawsuit. In the appeal, N.Jabbarli requested that a decision be issued to sign a labor agreement with AZTV for 5 years, to legally assess the decision (18 June, 2008, #106) of the Cabinet of Ministry, to consider the piece-rate pay of AzTV toits employees unfounded and to annul it. The plaintiff seeks 50.000 AZN in compensation from the defendants for moral damages.
In addition, the plaintiff filed a motion to involve the State Social Protection Committee in the hearing.
Judge E.Hasanov fulfilled the motion and postponed the next hearing for 6 April, at 3:00 p.m. so the representative of the State Social Protection Committee could be involved in the hearing.
