Today (4 August) the board of the “Assistance Fund for Speech Freedom and journalists’ Defense” conducted a meeting.
During the meeting a decision was approved to allocate a total of 1100 AZN for the journalists who appealed to the fund.
“Yeni Musavat” Newspaper writer Mahal Ismayiloglu received 300 AZN, “Mukhalifat” Newspaper editor-in-chief Rovshan Kabirli received 200 AZN, Eynulla Fatullayev received 300 AZN (on the request of his father Emin Fatullayev), and Sakit Zahidov received 300 AZN (on the request of his wife Rana Zahidova).
