Adilov told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety, “I wrote four questions concretely related to the implementation of the project. However the questions have been generalized in the reply letter and an abstract response was given to them. They noted that the project ended with success and the villagers don’t have any complaints about implementation of the project.” According to Adilov, in the letter it is also noted that he can go to the office of the project to conduct his own investigation there if there is a complaint. Despite this, Adilov stated that he continues his research and will finish his article in a couple of days. “I am obliged to write about the complaints and positions of the opposite side – the villagers,” he emphasized.
