Today, 21 April, in the Khatai District Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Habil Memmedov a hearing was held on the lawsuit of Yeni Musavat newspaper against “Azerigas” Production Union Chief Akber Hajiyev regarding his failure to respond to the information inquiry. The judge issued a decision to not fulfill the lawsuit.
In the information inquiry addressed to “Azerigas” Production Union Chief Ekber Hajiyev, Yeni Musavat newspaper requested information regarding the amount of yearly gas consumption for 2007-2008 in the locations operating within the category of wedding palaces, and the situation of payment separately for each location and year.
